Job SummaryThe Drilling&Completion Supervisor is accountable for leading the execution and delivery of well construction operations (drilling, completion, and intervention) across operated assets in our client of the oil and gas sector, putting safety and reliability at the forefront of all operations and ensuring activities are delivered in an efficient and competitive way, consistent with our client´s procedures and policies and local regulations.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesMain activities:Responsible for delivery of all new well operations activities across the company;Responsible for managing wells safety, that includes: new wells drilling, completions and existing well interventions;Responsible for driving and confirming conformance to drilling and wells standards and procedures;Responsible for the technical quality of well execution deliverables (work instructions, operational reports), including the provision of expertise, training, and advice to team members;Ensure the operations are conducted in the best interest of the Company. Discusses future operations plans with the Drilling&Completion SuperIntendent in an effort to optimize and eliminate problems.Communicate effectively with Drilling&Completion Superintendent to ensure that all technical specifications of the Drilling Programs are met.Coordinate and liaise with the Fluid&Waste SuperIntendent, Material & Logistics Coordinator for a timely arrival of Well operations services.Safety:Self-verify safety performance at the rig site within the framework of the safety management system;Systematically engage Company and contractors' team within the area of responsibility in the process safety for wells operations/construction;Manage loss of well control risk and verification of barrier health for new wells;Manage Well Operations response emergency response team and participate to the emergency drills;Verify operational readiness prior to starting up operations with rigs;Maintain company well operating procedures and safe work practices.Execution activities:Deliver well execution activity in line with Company standards, procedures and regulatory requirements;Deliver well execution performance within Company approved time and cost;Provide technical trouble shooting when problems occur on the drilling rigDiscuss operational input into Well engineering design and program development to confirm that the Well program can be delivered safely and efficiently;Well Operations representative for simultaneous operations.Contract Management:Check and validate contractor's working timesheet.Establish programs with offshore contractor personnel for day-by-day offshore operations.Plan and Control:Technical review of all Daily drilling reports (DDR, DCR, DWR, Mud, Cement reports)Leadership management:Manage Contractor offshore team and verify that the staff has the appropriate level of competencies to conduct operations properly;Demonstrate effective leadership by supporting the Wells Operations offshore team with skills training, coaching, and mentoring.Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork among the drilling staff, rig site personnel, service providers and other disciplines.KPI Ownership:Drilling and Wells activity work preparation offshore, work execution and schedule performance;Drilling and Wells actual costs vs forecast;Drilling and Wells safety performance;Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor of Science in Engineering/ Petroleum Engineering preferred;More than ten years of experience as Supervisor for Well Operations activities (subsea area).RequirementsSubject Matter Expert in all aspects of Drilling, Completions, Well Interventions, Well Operations, and Well Integrity;IWCF for subsea activities valid.Supervisor course or Drilling and Completion Engineering.Working ConditionsWorking conditions are typically offshore/outdoor with exposure to environmental stress, and possibly some kind of heat, cold, or noise.#LI-AL1
