Position: HSE AdvisorCompany: EnerMechLocation: Various LocationsAs an integral member of our team at EnerMech, the HSE Advisor will be responsible for guiding and supervising all health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations. The role requires a strong commitment to the implementation of our HSE management system and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship are met.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain compliance with EnerMech’s HSE management system across all operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to manage risks effectively.
  • Monitor HSE performance through audits, inspections, and reporting mechanisms to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to all personnel to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Analyze incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies to ensure the organization meets all legal obligations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on HSE performance and incidents for management review.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience in an HSE Advisor role, specifically within the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or other advanced HSE qualifications.
  • Experience with training and developing environmental and safety programs.
