Internal Controls and Compliance:

Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group procedure.
Participate in the implementation and in the establishment of accounting and financial procedures.

Budget and Forecast: Participate in the development of the annual budget.

Cost control:

Ensure regular monitoring of expenses and revenues compared to the projected budget.
Identify variances and propose corrective actions.

Month end closing: Participate in the month end activities and review the accounting records.
Treasury: Participate in the cash flow and banks reconciliation.
Finance transformation: Be a key player in the Agency finance transformation.
Accounting: Participate in all operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

Accounting/Finance Master's degree is required
Fluent in English, Portuguese is highly appreciated
Analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to work in an international environment and work in/manage remote teams
Autonomous and driving for results
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
