- Creates business strategies to facilitate company growth
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Works with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals, as set by senior management
- Evaluates appropriate information to forecast the return on future business transactions
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Create excellent relationship with government ministries
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Assess current and future market potential, developing strategic business plans
- Increased revenue by growing our presence with existing clients
- Understand client business organizations tender requirements, whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with both the client and partners
- Working in alignment with company senior management to ensure strategic directions fits expectations in revenue stream
- Develop relation with local authorities or regulators when/if needed
- Bachelor's Degree/Master of Business Management, Administration/ or its equivalent
- Typically requires 5-10 years' experience in the related position
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in managerial experience and driven organization to meet goals
- Extensive business functional and leadership expertise, an added advantage in Oil & Gas, Energy sector
- Strong communications, organizational skills, and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
